Identification and Analysis of the DREB Gene Family in Rosa chinensis

Abstract
Taking Rosa chinensis as the test material,bioinformatics analysis method was used,the DREB gene family of roses was analyzed for gene structure,evolutionary relationships,cis elements,chromosome distribution,collinearity analysis,and subcellular localization prediction,in order to provide a reference for the development of stress tolerant germplasm resources and the study of stress tolerant molecular mechanisms.The results showed that a total of 40 members of the RcDREB family genes were identified in the rose genome,and their encoded proteins had significant differences in physicochemical properties,large changes in isoelectric point,and strong hydrophilicity.According to phylogenetic analysis,they were divided into 6 subgroups.By analyzing the cis acting elements of the promoter,it was found that these genes were mainly involved in hormone regulation and stress response.The family members were unevenly distributed on 6 chromosomes,and interspecies collinearity analysis showed that 35 RcDREB genes were homologous to Arabidopsis.In addition,subcellular localization indicated that the RcDREB gene was mainly located in the nucleus.关键词
