茄子小G蛋白ROP的分类及生信分析
Classification and Bioinformatics Analysis of Eggplant Small G Protein ROP

Abstract
Based on the whole-genome data of eggplant(Solanum melongena L.),the bioinformatics methods were employed to analyze the physicochemical properties,structural characteristics,motif composition,and phylogenetic relationships of ROPs in S.melongena(SmROPs),in order to provide references for further investigation into the biological functions of SmROPs.The results showed that seven SmROPs were identified,none of which contained signal peptides or transmembrane domains.Of these,six members were alkaline and hydrophilic,and one was acidic and hydrophilic.All were primarily localized to the cell membrane,cytoplasm,and nucleus.The secondary structure was dominated by random coils,α-helices,and extended strands.Motif analysis classified the proteins into five groups.Chromosomal localization revealed that the corresponding genes were distributed on chromosomes 1,2,3,and 7.Phylogenetic analysis supported the division of SmROPs into four distinct branches.关键词
