Abstract

Taking'Shine Muscat'grapevines as the test materials,a comprehensive evaluation of indicators across treatments was conducted via correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Light-emitting diode(LED)supplemental lighting was applied from flowering stage to fruit maturity.Indicators such as leaf chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality,and yield were measured,in order to provide reference for efficient grape supplemental lighting techniques.The results showed that the treatment with night time supplemental lighting at 300 μmol·m-2·s-1 from 18:00 to 24:00 had a relatively pronounced effect on improving the yield and quality of'Shine Muscat'grapevines.Compared with the non-supplemental lighting treatment(control),the berry weight,soluble solids content,and sugar-to-acid ratio increased by 58.29%,29.19%,and 40.65%,respectively.Principal component analysis indicated that the comprehensive score was the highest for'Shine Muscat'grape under nighttime supplemental lighting at 300 μmol·m-2·s-1.It is recommended that in protected cultivation of'Shine Muscat'grapevines in South China,nighttime supplemental lighting with an intensity of 300 μmol·m-2·s-1 from 18:00 to 24:00 be adopted.
