Platform Corporate Social Responsibility Supports Common Prosperity:Theoretical Logic and Innovation Direction

Abstract
Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese modernization,and solidly promoting common prosperity is also a major strategic task during the 14th Five Year Plan period.The solid promotion of common prosperity is inseparable from the effective participation of enterprises as market subjects.In the era of digital economy,platform enterprises have become an important market force to support and promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity.Under the goal of common prosperity,the goal orientation and content dimension of platform corporate social responsibility have changed systematically,which is mainly reflected in the convergence of platform corporate social responsibility to platform digital responsibility,platform win-win and mutual benefit responsibility,and more emphasis on platform corporate social responsibility governance and platform governance responsibility reshaping.Platform enterprises mainly support the realization of the goal of common prosperity through the four effects in growth,enabling,sharing and governance,which are specifically reflected in the platform enterprises based on the digital platform to reshape the new driving force of economic growth with new production factors,based on the platform digital technology to promote the platform ecological win-win,based on the platform value to achieve comprehensive value sharing,and based on the platform corporate social responsibility governance to effectively enable the society.In the future,to deepen and promote the goal of platform corporate social responsibility supporting common prosperity,efforts should be continued to promote the sustainable innovation of platform corporate social responsibility,and to deepen the entrepreneurship reconstruction,hybrid organization paradigm construction,sustainable business model innovation,platform responsible leadership,and platform responsibility performance.关键词
