Abstract
This paper develops a non-pneumatic all-metal mesh tire to eliminate the risk of blowout caused by puncture or shrapnel penetration.The tire is applicable to planetary rovers and military and civilian vehicles.As the metal helical springs in woven tire are highly intertwined with each other and have numerous contact points,a finite element model is built through ANSA,ABAQUS software and the secondary development technique.Simulation analysis of free and constraint stator are performed.Based on the theory of flexible beam,a tread-side wall coupled dynamic model is built,considering the in-plane bending of tire surface,spring preload and sectional stiffness of the sidewall.A tire prototype with the same dimensions as a 235/70 R16 pneumatic tire is manufactured.Modal experiments are conducted,and the model parameters are identified by improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(IPSO).Results show:(1)within the frequency range of 0-300 Hz,both simulation and theoretical models accurately capture the vibration modes and transmission characteristics of the woven tire,and the analysis range can be extended to 500 Hz;(2)fixing the wheel rim reduces the natural frequencies of low-order modes,while exerting negligible impacts on high-order modes.关键词
