考虑停车场行泊效率的车位分配模型建立与优化
Establishment and optimization of the parking space allocation model considering parking and driving efficiency

Abstract
To maximize the utilization of limited parking space and alleviate traffic congestion caused by crusing for parking,a parking space allocation model is built and optimized.The key factors influencing parking space allocation are identified through scenario analysis and a quantitative evaluation index system is built.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)model is built based on fuzzy set theory and the priority of parking spaces is determined using a weighted aggregation of evaluation scores.To address the local optimality caused by individual evaluation factors,the FCE method is optimized,improving the parking space allocation model.The parking space priority is recalculated using the improved weighted aggregation scheme.Simulation results demonstrate the improved model prioritizes traffic non-obstruction during allocation,thus improving parking space utilization and enhancing overall parking efficiency.关键词
