Research on Compact City Development Strategies under the Goals of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality":A Case of the Travel and Culture Sanya Headquarters Port Project in Sanya Central Business District

Abstract
The technological progress,economic development,social governance and many other factors are constantly promoting the advancement of urban civilization.Urban space is constantly breaking through in terms of both breadth and height,while development is also facing challenges such as energy crises and ecological crises.The adjustment of compact urban development strategies under the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"requires us to transform the urban development model and adjust the way urban factors function to find solutions to the balance between development and the environment.Relying on Hainan's unique natural environmental resource endowment,Sanya Central Business District is creating a CBD core area that conforms to ecological sustainable development through measures such as building an ecological city center,a compact urban style area,and an international commercial and trade vitality area.The Tourism and Culture Sanya Headquarters Port is also optimizing the regional spatial structure through the optimization of project architectural design,creating a three-dimensional consumption place,integrating industrial elements,and achieving a green development path for the integration of industry and city.关键词
