Abstract
With the continuous deepening of China's green and sustainable development concept and the call of the rural revitalization strategy,energy-saving renovation of rural residences has become one of the important research directions in the field of architecture.Based on energy consumption simulation technology,this paper takes a typical rural residence in Shaanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the current situation of its building materials and energy consumption systems,and proposes the targeted energy-saving renovation strategies from several aspects.The energy consumption before and after the renovation are simulated with the energy consumption simulation technology.The simulation data shows that the annual total energy consumption of this residence is 26 537.42 kW·h,of which the energy consumption of heating,cooling,lighting and domestic hot water supply accounts for 52%,18%,13%,and 17%,respectively.After the renovation,the annual total energy consumption drops to 16 280.45 kW·h,reduced by 38.65%compared to that before the renovation.Specifically,the energy consumption of heating,cooling,lighting and domestic hot water supply decreases by 52%,31%,66%,and 36%,respectively.This proves the effectiveness of the renovation strategies and provides practical reference value for energy-saving renovations of rural residences in similar regions or under similar conditions.关键词
