摘要

Abstract

Through the visualization explosion suppression experiment and wettability experiment,the ultrafine water mists produced by three kinds of inorganic salts compounded with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)anionic surfactant are investigated for the dust reduction and explosion suppression effect on methane-coal dust explosion.The influence of the ultrafine water mist of inorganic salt compounded with SDS on explosion pressure and flame structure is explored,and the changing rules of surface tension,coal dust contact angle and sinking time of the solutions of three inorganic salts compounded with SDS,namely,NaCl,MgCl2 and KI,are analysed.The results show that the inorganic salt cation reduces the surface tension of SDS solution by weakening the surface potential and changing the micellar structure,and the Mg2+valence is higher,which reduces the effect more obviously.SDS ultrafine water mist by improving the wettability of coal dust optimises the explosion suppression effect of ultrafine water mist.Inorganic salt-SDS compound ultrafine water mist prolongs the induction period time and reduces the explosion intensity through the synergistic effect of free radical collision chemical inhibition and coal dust agglomeration.Especially under the effect of MgCl2,the flame front appears wrinkled and deformed,showing an orange colour with uneven internal distribution.The study proposes directions and options for the realisation of simultaneous dust reduction and explosion suppression in underground coal mines.
