感应熔炼过程中Al杂质挥发传质行为研究
Study of volatile mass transfer behavior of Al impurity during induction melting process
摘要
Abstract
Diamond-wire sawing silicon powder(DWSSP)is a common by-product in the production of solar cells,and its high purification and recovery has become the focus of the industry.The main metal impurity in waste silicon powder is Al.Due to its high saturated vapor pressure and low segregation coefficient,vacuum refining and directional solidification technology have a significant removal effect on it.The mass transfer behavior of Al impurity in melt,melt surface and gas phase during vacuum refining coupled directional solidification process is analyzed,and the corresponding mass transfer theoretical model is established.In addition,a calculation method of volatile mass transfer at unsteady temperature is proposed,which reduces the error of traditional Scheil equation in predicting the distribution of Al impurity.关键词
