空间TT型铸钢节点支管轴向极限承载力分析
Analysis of ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of branch pipe of spatial TT type cast steel joint

Abstract
Based on the verification of the true stress-strain relationship of cast steel material G20Mn5N using finite element method,64 sets of numerical simulations are conducted on spatial TT type cast steel joints and a method is proposed for determining the ultimate bearing capacity of such joint.By summarizing the failure mode of the joint,the influence of geometric construction parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of the branch pipe is explored.The results indicate that the ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of the branch pipe of the spatial TT type cast steel joint is closely related to geometric construction parameters such as the chamfer coefficient ρ at the intersection of the main pipe and branch pipe,the diameter ratio α,the thickness ratio β,the length ratio γ,and the angle θ between the two branch pipes.Based on the analysis of various parameters and existing research results and standards,a calculation formula is presented for the ultimate bearing capacity of spatial TT type cast steel joint with an angle θ of 90° through multiple nonlinear regression analysis.The calculation formula results are compared with the numerical simulation results,and the accuracy of the calculation formula is verified.The research results can provide a certain theoretical basis for the practical engineering application and specification writing.关键词
