Abstract

Zn-loaded hierarchical MOF-808(Zn-HMOF-808)novel material was prepared through hydrothermal and impregnation methods,whose structure was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,FT-IR,and EDS.The Zn-HMOF-808 was then applied to promote synthesis of dihydromyricetin butyric monoesters(DMY-m-O-C4:0)through O-acylation reaction between dihydromyricetin(DMY)and butyric anhydride.The crude products were purified by preparative thin-layer chromatography,and the structures of purified products were identified by NMR,HPLC-MS and etc.The as-prepared Zn-HMOF-808 was a kind of hierarchical material,which possessed high specific surface area(1 219.55 m2/g)and pore volume(1.32 cm3/g),large average pore diameter(12.28 nm),and numerous Zn active components.The above-mentioned structural features were conducive to promote the occurrence of O-acylation reaction.Moreover,it was clarified that the target DM Y-m-O-C4:0 products,were a mixture of two different monoesters,whose O-acylation was correspondingly occurred at the 3'-OH and 4'-OH sites in B ring of DMY,respectively.A new method to synthesize DMY monoesters,especially for polyphenolic esters was provided by this work.
