Abstract
The overall strength and innovation capability of private enterprises in China are continuously increasing,making them an important force in driving new quality productive forces.However,further exploration is needed on how they can contribute more positive impacts through innovation and change.The concept of investing in people,which is rooted in Marxist ideas of comprehensive human development,aims to increase investment in hu-man capital to promote technological innovation and knowledge accumulation,thereby using new types of workers as a"lever"to drive corporate innova-tion.Among all types of innovation entities,private enterprises are a representative group.Studying theories and practices related to investing in people using private enterprises as"samples"have strong practical significance.Based on theories related to new quality productive forces to build a logic framework,analysis reveals that cultivating worker quality,leveraging entrepreneurial functions,releasing the effectiveness of the innovation chain and providing precise institutional support are the inherent manifestation of investment in people in the innovation and development of private enterprises.Correspondingly,existing cognitive,behavioral,value and trust-related challenges prevent private enterprises from effectively investing in workers,thus inhibiting their spillover effects on corporate development.To promote high-quality development of private enterprises and enhance their roles,it is nec-essary to seize the opportunity of the implementation of the Private Sector Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China.We should accelerate the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit and the concept of investment in people,increase effective investment in workforce,and place greater emphasis on talent development.By optimizing resource allocation to unlock the value of innovative elements,we can achieve seamless integration between innova-tion chains and industrial chains through tangible outcomes.Furthermore,leveraging the combined force of"dual innovation"—exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation—will continuously provide new impetus to solidify the central role of enterprises in innovation.关键词
