专精特新企业如何"以小博大"突破成长天花板:基于场景驱动创新视角的多案例分析
How Specialized,Refined,Distinctive,and Innovative Enterprises Break through the Growth Ceiling to"Achieve Great Success with Small Investment":A Multi-case Analysis Based on the Perspective of Scenario-driven Innovation

Abstract
Specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative(SRDI)enterprises,due to their deep cultivation in niche fields,are more adept at focu-sing on and exploring high-value small-entry scenarios.They achieve innovative breakthroughs through the arrangement of scenario resources,thereby successfully unlocking new niche markets and effectively breaking through growth bottlenecks.Based on the logical framework of"behavior-ability-re-sult"and the programmatic rooting method,this paper conducts a multi-case study taking five SRDI enterprises as examples,and distills the scenario-driven innovation process mechanism of SRDI enterprises by drawing on the theory of resource orchestration.Research findings show that scenario-driv-en innovation in SRDI enterprises is an organizational,bundled and leveraged innovation activity carried out with scenario resource clusters as the ful-crum,including three key behaviors:creating scenarios to organize resources,connecting and bundling scenario resources,and leveraging scenarios to feed back innovation.SRDI enterprises have achieved business advancement around small-scale scenarios,demonstrating a three-stage growth path from"scenario identification-business development"to"scenario refinement-business implementation",and then to"scenario evolution-business upgrade".This study elevates the discussion of scenarios to the"key organization"level,further opening up the"black box"of scenario-driven innovation activi-ties and providing a brand-new scenario approach for SRDI enterprises to break through the predicament of professional lock-in.关键词
