From Technological Verification to Industry Construction:Scenario-driven Practical Pathways for the Deep Integration of Scientific Innovation and Industrial Innovation

Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan puts forward the major task of"promoting the deep integration of scientific innovation and industrial innovation".The relevant policy documents of the State Council also point out that"scenarios are important carriers for promoting the deep integration of scientific in-novation and industrial innovation".To explore the practical pathways through which scenarios facilitate this deep integration,this study,based on Strategic Niche Management(SNM)theory,proposes a three-stage integration pathway for scientific innovation and industrial innovation:"new tech-nology validation—new product commercialization validation—new industry industrialization validation".By employing scenarios as carriers for the inte-gration of innovation and entrepreneurship,and through the progressive evolution of"experimental and engineering scenarios—market and commercial-ization scenarios—industrial chain construction scenarios",a systematic integration process from technological function validation to commercial value realization and then to the construction of emerging industries is achieved.The study also analyzes the intrinsic driving factors for scenarios to cross the two"valleys of death".This research not only enriches the theoretical framework for the integration of scientific innovation and industrial innovation but also provides recommendations for the government's precise policy system and enterprises'scenario-based innovation strategies.关键词
