Continuous flow rapid solid-phase peptide synthesis based on LabVIEW

Abstract
In order to achieve automation and high efficiency in peptide solid-phase synthesis,a continuous-flow rapid solid-phase peptide synthesis system was developed.This system was developed by combining the programming capability of LabVIEW and the flow synthesis technology.In addition,the optimization strategy of single factor in continuous-flow mode was explored.The results demonstrated that,in comparison with the conventional solid-phase synthesis approach,the system shortened the reaction time by nearly 80%and decreased the reagents consumption by 60%,thereby exhibiting high synthetic efficiency and economic advantages.The crude peptide purity was found to be 90.20%for Argireline.The findings of this study demonstrated the capacity of the system to synthesize high-purity peptides in a brief period,thereby providing dependable technical support for the development and commercialization of peptide drugs.关键词
