江苏高职教育服务现代化产业体系的战略适配性研究
Research on the strategic adaptability between Jiangsu's higher vocational education and the modern industrial system
摘要
Abstract
Enhancing the adaptability of higher vocational education to the modern industrial system is a critical element of deepening supply-side reforms in vocational education.Through a series of measures,including optimizing the macro layout,strengthening school-running capacity,and reforming talent cultivation models,Jiangsu has gradually established a school running pattern for higher vocational education that matches the capacity of its modern industrial system.However,challenges remain,such as structural imbalances in specialty set up,ineffective industry-education integration mechanisms,lagging talent cultivation,and underutilized faculty roles.Therefore,Jiangsu should develop a dynamic mechanism for program adjustment that aligns with future industries,deepen institutional innovations in industry-education integration based on shared benefits,reshape an agile and responsive ecosystem for skilled talent cultivation,and build a faculty team capable of leading industrial upgrading.These efforts aim to achieve a strategic transition from"strong foundations and favorable conditions"to"strong service and robust support."关键词
