摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of comprehensively deepening vocational education reform,articulated training has become a critical component in building a modern vocational education system,yet it faces numerous practical challenges.As an important approach to enhancing the efficacy of the teaching-research paradigm,organized teaching and research offers new perspectives and pathways to address the dilemmas in vocational articulated training.By delving into the core value of organized teaching and research in empowering the reform of vocational education articulated training,systematically examining current practical dilemmas such as the lack of consensus on integrated concepts,insufficient organizational support,homogeneous team composition,and inadequate mechanism coordination,this study further proposes practical pathways,including promoting the diffusion of the values of educational philosophy,strengthening organizational linkages among training entities,constructing functionally diverse structured teams,and improving collective action mechanisms.This study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for high-quality advancement of vocational articulated training reform.
