Effects of Sarcocystis on Amino Acids in Tibetan Sheep Muscle based on Metabonomics
摘要
Abstract
To provide reference for identifying potential biomarkers of Sarcocystis, the changes of amino acids in the muscles of Tibetan sheep infected with Sarcocystis were explored based on qualcomm quantitative target metabonomics.A total of 25 different amino acids were screened from the muscles of Tibetan sheep in high infection group, middle infection group and non-infection group.Among them,22 amino acids in non-infection group and high infection group were down-regulated,and 3 amino acids were obviously up-regulated.Compared with middle infection group,19 amino acids were down-regulated and 6 amino acids were obviously up-regulated.Based on the analysis of differences in amino acid content among different groups, significant differences in L-proline andL-glutamic acid were found among the non-infected group, the moderately infected group, and the highly infected group(P<0.05).By grouping comparison,it was found that there was a significant difference between the two groups in L-glutamic acid(P<0.01)and glycine(0.01<P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between amino acids such as L-glutamic acid and glycine,L-glutamine,L-serine and L-proline between the non-infected group and the highly infected group, while there is a significant negative correlation between L-alanine and L-tryptophan,and 5-hydroxylysine and 3-methyl-L-histidine between the non-infected group and the moderately infected group, showing some differences compared with different infection intensity groups. The results provide a molecular basis for the diagnosis and detection of Sarcocystis based on L-glutamate,glycine,and L-proline.关键词
