高职院校依托市域产教联合体创新人才培养的实践研究——以江苏卫生健康职业学院服务银发经济为例
Cultivating talent through municipal industry-education consortium in higher vocational colleges:A case study of Jiangsu Health Vocational College serving the silver economy

Abstract
At present,with the transformation of China's population structure and the accelerated industrial iteration,the demand for highly skilled technical personnel within municipal economies is continuously growing.As the core carrier for the in-depth integration of industry and education in vocational education and precise talent training,the municipal industry-education consortium(MIEC)has attracted much attention.Based on multiple theoretical frameworks that underpin innovation in talent cultivation,this paper first elaborates on the internal logic of the MIEC empowering innovative talent training.It then examines the current status and existing challenges facing the MIEC and industries.Subsequently,taking Jiangsu College of Health and Medical Sciences as a case study,combined with the practice of the university taking the lead in establishing the Nanjing Silver Economy Industry-Education Consortium,this paper expounds the effective path for medical and health vocational colleges to innovate talent training from five dimensions:goal orientation,curriculum system,education paradigm,faculty construction and quality evaluation.The research shows that promoting the collaborative talent training among government,colleges,industries and enterprises relying on the MIEC can effectively solve the problem of disconnection between industry and education,improve the adaptability of talent training to the regional silver economy industry,and provide practical reference for similar vocational colleges seeking to deepen industry-education integration and support the high-quality development of regional economies.关键词
