农村电商行业产教融合共同体的建设路径与创新实践
Construction pathways and innovative practices in building industry-education integration community in the rural e-commerce sector

Abstract
As the digital economy deeply integrates with China's rural revitalization strategy,rural e-commerce has become one of the core engines for revitalizing rural industries,expanding agricultural product distribution channels,and increasing farmers'income.However,practical challenges such as insufficient talent supply,weak technical support,and a disconnect between education and industry are increasingly prominent in the high-quality development of the rural e-commerce sector.Building industry-education integration community has emerged as a key solution to these challenges.This study focuses on the construction of such a community in the rural e-commerce industry,systematically reviews the achievements in operational mechanisms,teaching resources,school-enterprise collaboration,industry-education integration,and employment and entrepreneurship.Through an in-depth analysis of existing issues,the study proposes three optimised pathways for high-quality development:Mechanism optimization,resource integration and pedagogical innovation.These pathways aim to provide references for talent cultivation,technological innovation,and deep industry-education integration in China's rural e-commerce sector.关键词
