Progress on interventional therapy for gastrointestinal bleeding in children
摘要
Abstract
Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common pediatric emergency.Due to their limited effective circulating blood volume and poor compensatory capacity,children are prone to progressing to critical illness.With the continuous development of interventional radiology techniques,significant progress has been made in the therapeutic strategies for gastrointestinal bleeding in children.This paper systematically reviews the latest progress on interventional therapy for gastrointestinal bleeding in children,with a focus on embolic materials and technical innovations,the expansion of indications for interventional therapy and individualized strategies,common complications and perioperative management,as well as the role of multidisciplinary collaboration in optimizing diagnostic and treatment workflows.Future directions for development are also discussed.关键词
