曹奕教授针药结合治疗面肌痉挛经验
Clinical experience of professor CAO Yi in the treatment of hemifacial spasm with integrated acupuncture and medication
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes professor CAO Yi's clinical expertise in the treatment of hemifacial spasm with integrated acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacotherapy.According to professor CAO,the pathogenesis of hemifacial spasm primarily involves dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidney,and is closely asso-ciated with imbalances in the Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel,as well as emotional disturbances.Key patho-logical mechanisms include deficiency of qi and blood,insufficiency of liver and kidney yin,disharmony of the Governing and Conception Vessels,and upward disturbance of liver wind.In internal TCM treatment,emphasis is placed on the strategic use of insect-derived medicinal substances—often synergistically combined with herbal for-mulas—to enhance efficacy.For external intervention,the"Four-Acupoint Protocol for Unblocking and Regulating the Governing and Conception Vessels"and the"Static Needling Technique"are employed to restore balance in these meridians,alleviate muscular spasms,and calm the spirit.These approaches collectively exemplify the distinc-tive therapeutic advantages of the Governing-Conception Vessel-regulating acupuncture methodology.Clinical outcomes across all treated cases have been consistently favorable.A representative case report is appended to substantiate the therapeutic efficacy.关键词
