Professor YUAN Jinqi's experience in treating dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis
摘要
Abstract
This study outlines professor YUAN Jinqi's clinical expertise in the management of dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis.He posits that the fundamental pathogenesis centers on deficiency of kidney essence cou-pled with blood stasis obstruction.Accordingly,his therapeutic approach integrates syndrome differentiation with stage-specific intervention.During menstruation,the priority is the urgent alleviation of acute symptoms—primarily achieved through promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis to ensure rapid pain relief.In the intermenstrual phase,the focus shifts to addressing the underlying pathology gradually,aiming to restore constitutional integrity via kidney tonification,essence replenishment,qi supplementation,and blood nourishment.In clinical practice,professor YUAN emphasizes a holistic assessment encompassing constitutional predisposition,disease progression,and syn-drome pattern.He skillfully incorporates insect-derived medicinal substances to unblock meridian stasis and resolve masses or nodules,while also prioritizing the regulation and tonification of the extraordinary vessels—particularly the Chong and Ren meridians—to enhance their functional integrity.On the basis of clear therapeutic principles,he consistently applies core treatment strategies and formula,yet tailors them flexibly according to individual patient presentations.Clinical outcomes are notably favorable,as substantiated by a representative case study presented herein.关键词
