Abstract
In view of such issues as large volume,heavy weight,and high operating costs in confined spaces associ-ated with traditional permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker(PMVCB),an integrated design scheme combin-ing the vacuum interrupter(VI)and the permanent magnetic operating mechanism is proposed.The conventional side-by-side layout of the VI and the permannent magnetic operating mechanism is replaced by a vertical layout.The holding and the driving part of the permmanent magnetic operating mechanism act directly on the contact as-sembly,resulting in a 50%reduction in volume compared to conventional permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker.The novel permanent magnetic operating mechansm of the integrated circuti breaker adopts a single-coil bi-directional excitation drive,eliminating the need to energize the opening and closing coils separately as in tradition-al bistable breakers.Furthermore,the annular permanent magnet is segmented into regularly-arranged tile-shaped pieces so to optimize the magnetic circuit configuration.A static magnetic-electromagnetic-dynamic physical field simulation model of the permanent magnetic operting mechanism is set up.A joint optimization methodology based on NSGA-III(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm III)within Comsol and MATLAB is proposed,which effec-tively resolves th issues in the parameter optimization design of permanent magnetic circuit breakers where the ana-lytical expressions of electromagnetic force and closing holding force involving complex air gap iteration are diffi-cult to embed in the constraints of the optimization algorithm.It is proved by mechanical characteristic and electri-cal endurance tests that the prototype of the integrated integrated permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker meets the product performance requirements.关键词
