无充气经腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺癌手术后患者康复积极度的影响因素分析
Analysis of influencing factors on the rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients after endoscopic thyroid cancer surgery via the non-inflatable axillary approach

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm in patients with thyroid cancer after endoscopic surgery via the non-inflatable axillary approach.Methods:One hundred and ninety-four patients with thyroid cancer who underwent endoscopic surgery via the non-inflatable axillary approach from Aug.2024 to Aug.2025 were prospectively in-cluded.The general data of the patients,postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm and disease acceptance level were analyzed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to identify the independent influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation enthu-siasm,and the correlation between the above independent influencing factors and postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm were further evaluated.Results:The total score of postoperative patient enthusiasm scale was(42.68±6.90)points,among which the proportions of low level,medium-low level,medium level and high level were 10.82%(21 cases),18.56%(36 cases),30.41%(59 cases)and 40.21%(78 cases),respectively.The results of univariate and multivariate analyses showed that the type of main caregiver,the type of cost payment,and the level of disease acceptance were independent influencing factors for postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm in pa-tients with thyroid cancer treated by endoscopic surgery via the non-inflatable axillary approach(P<0.05).Conclusions:The postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients with thyroid cancer treated by endoscopic surgery via the non-inflatable axillary approach is closely related to the type of main caregivers,the type of cost payment and the level of disease acceptance.Medical staff can early identify high-risk groups with poor postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm according to the above influencing factors,and then take more targeted intervention measures to improve the postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients as much as possible and optimize the clinical prognosis.关键词
