摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the current situation of water resource management in Guangxi and analyzes the main problems in terms of rigid constraints on water resources.In line with the national water management concept and relevant policy requirements,a series of targeted measures are proposed,including improving the indicator system,enhancing comprehensive water saving,promoting water-based planning in all industries,strengthening supervi-sion,and perfecting the legal mechanisms.The aim is to provide references for Guangxi to enhance its ability for in-tensive,economical and safe utilization of water resources,ensure high-quality economic and social development,and facilitate the better implementation of water resources rigid constraint system in Guangxi.关键词
