MMT对MF树脂的"阻值-湿度"关系的改善作用
Improvement Effect of Montmorillonite on Resistance-Humidity Relationship of MF Resin

Abstract
Melamine-formaldehyde(MF)film exhibits a clear relationship between resistance and ambient humidity.Herein,montmorillonite(MMT)was used to modify the MF resin,and a composite functional material MF@MMT was successfully prepared.The prepared MF@MMT exhibited the resistance of 1.53~5.24 MΩ in the humidity range of 30%RH~90%RH.Compared to MF,the humidity response/recovery time reduced from 125 s/5 s to 28 s/5 s,the linear correlation coefficient|R|raised from 0.970 to 0.997,and the humidity hysteresis decreased from 12.3%to 5.39%.This proves that MMT exerts an effective modification effect on MF.Meanwhile,MF@MMT film exhibited an excellent thermal and long-term stability.The investigation on the resistance-humidity relationship of the MF@MMT film is of great significance for expanding the applications of MF-based materials in functional materials and their related devices.关键词
