基于数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗粘连期肩周炎的选穴规律
Acupoint Selection Rules in Acupuncture for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis at the Adhesive Stage:A Data Mining Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the rules of acupoint selection in acupuncture for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis at the adhesive stage using data mining technology.Methods Clinical research literature on acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis at the adhesive stage,published from the inception of databases to February 2024,was retrieved from databases including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang),Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM),PubMed,Embase,and the Cochrane Library.Following data processing of the literature,data mining technology was employed to analyze and summarize the compatibility rules of acupoints.Results A total of 85 articles were included,yielding 128 prescriptions involving 76 acupoints with a total application frequency of 847.Eighteen high-frequency acupoints(used more than 9 times)were identified,including Jianyu(LI15),Ashi,Jianliao(TE14),Jianzhen(LU1),and Jianqian(EXUE12).The predominantly used meridians were the three yang meridians of the hand.A total of 44 specific acupoints were utilized 344 times,with He-Sea points among the five transport points being the most frequent.Cluster analysis revealed five main effective acupoint groups,and association analysis indicated strong connections among Jianyu,Jianzhen,Jianliao,Jianqian,and Ashi points.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment for scapulohumeral periarthritis at the adhesive stage primarily focuses on acupoints near the shoulder,especially those on the three yang meridians of the hand,supplemented by distal acupoint selection and acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation.关键词
