Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of the Internet of Things,medical health detection and artificial intelligence,flexible sensors have attracted widespread attention from researchers.Among them,the flexible pressure sensor is a detection device that can convert real-time external pressure into a num-ber,and can be widely used in health monitoring,electronic skin and human-machine interface and other fields.In recent years,MXene 2D materials have attracted widespread attention due to their unique lay-ered structure,high electrical conductivity,abundant surface functional groups,and hydrophilicity,bring-ing breakthroughs to flexible sensors.In this study,the porous MXene/PEDOT:PSS varistor layer with excellent properties was prepared by the combination of ion intercalation and chemical reaction,which greatly improved the interlayer spacing and mechanical strength of the MXene film.The experimental results show that the flexible pressure sensor has excellent sensitivity(S1=12.808 kPa-1,S2=0.397 kPa-1),a wide detection range(0.01-93.593 kPa),good response time(64 ms)/recovery time(83 ms)and repeatability(4 000 times).In addition,the real-time monitoring of vocal cord movement and movement is realized in this flexible pressure sensor with a porous structure,showing great potential in the fields of monitoring,identification,flexible human-computer interaction and intelligent robotics.关键词
