摘要

Abstract

Hydrogen sensors are urgently demanded in the fields of hydrogen energy,petrochemical indus-try,gas piping and so on.Oxide semiconductor resistive hydrogen sensor is one of the most important research directions in the field of hydrogen sensor.The common problems of oxide semiconductor hydro-gen sensors are systematically analyzed such as high operating temperature and poor gas selectivity.The research progress of gas sensing mechanism,composition design,morphology design and noble metal cata-lytic mechanism are in-depth reviewed.The current research challenges and future directions were also dis-cussed,offering significant perspectives and directions for further research and application of the oxide semiconductor resistive hydrogen sensor.
