拆解-重构策略制备蚕茧基Janus复合止血材料及性能
Preparation and Properties of Cocoon-Based Janus Hemostatic Materials via Disassembly-Reconstruction

Abstract
A hierarchical reassembly strategy was employed to fabricate a silk cocoon-based composite hemostatic material(SC-C)through processes including delamination,controlled dissolution,hot pressing,and hydrophobic modification.Fundamental characterizations were conducted using SEM,FTIR,and XRD.Water contact angle(WCA)and water vapor transmission rate(WVTR)were also measured.Results showed that the inner surface of SC-C could completely absorb water within 1.5 seconds,while the outer surface remained hydrophobic(WCA=119.3°)The WVTR decreased to 2351 g/(m2 d),falling within the optimal range for wound dressings.The Janus structure allowed the hydrophilic inner surface to adhere to tissue while the hydrophobic outer surface prevented excessive blood permeation.SC-C demonstrated excellent blood compatibility(hemolysis ratio<2%),and both blood loss and hemostasis time were significantly reduced compared to SC alone and commercial hydrocolloid dressings,indicating outstanding hemostatic performance.关键词
