Abstract
This paper delves into the valuable experience of comprehensive governance for urban black and odorous water in Binzhou.Through a comprehensive investigation of the current state of black and odorous water,pollution sources were identified,and a scientifically reasonable governance plan was formulated.A series of effective measures were implemented,including pollution interception and pipe network management,dredging and desilting,and ecological restoration,while also emphasizing the establishment of a long-term management mechanism with enhanced supervision and assessment.During the governance process,social capital was actively introduced to promote technological innovation,improving governance efficiency and quality.In addition,publicity and guidance were strengthened to raise public environmental awareness,creating a positive atmosphere where the entire society works together and stimulating enthusiasm for participation from all parties.Through these efforts,Binzhou has achieved significant results in the comprehensive governance of urban black and odorous water,providing valuable experience and reference for other cities.关键词
