局限期小细胞肺癌的外科诊疗现状及研究进展
Current status and research progress of surgical diagnosis and treatment for limited-stage small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer has become one of the most incident malignant tumors worldwide,with small cell lung cancer(SCLC)accounting for approximately 13％to 17％of all lung cancer cases.In the past,due to limitations in diagnostic evaluation methods and surgical techniques,multiple clinical studies did not support the role of surgery in the management of SCLC.Consequently,treatment has been primarily based on medical therapy,with surgery playing a minor role.However,accumulating evidence indicates that with advances in diagnostic technologies such as PET-CT,preoperative assessment and staging have become more accurate.Moreover,improvements in surgical procedures and the widespread adoption of neoadjuvant therapy have significantly enhanced the efficacy of surgical treatment.Surgery not only benefits more patients but also improves postoperative survival outcomes and reduces recurrence rates,demonstrating promising prospects for the integration of surgical treatment into the comprehensive management of SCLC.关键词
