机器人辅助与腹腔镜中低位直肠癌根治术的疗效对比
Comparison of therapeutic efficacy between robot-assisted and laparoscopic radical resection for mid-low rectal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Da Vinci robot-assisted versus laparoscopic radical resection for mid-low rectal cancer.Methods:80 patients who underwent radical resection for mid-lowrectal cancer at Qiqihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Hospital of Qiqihar from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40,receiving laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer)and the observation group(n=40,receiving Da Vinci robot-assisted radical resection for rectal cancer)using the random number table method.Perioperative indicators,pathological indicators,postoperative complications,tumor marker levels,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,earlier first ambulation time,and shorter length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The number of lymph nodes dissected was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).At postoperative day 7 and 14,the levels of PLK1,TK1,Livin,and XIAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 24 h and 72 h postoperatively,the proportions of CD3+and CD4+T cells and the CD4+/CD8+ratio in both groups were lower than those before surgery,but they were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Da Vinci robot-assisted radical resection for rectal cancer can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve surgical quality,mitigate the impact on immune function,inhibit tumor activity,and accelerate postoperative recovery.关键词
