摘要

Abstract

Collaborative development is a key path for the transformation and upgrading of the rural teaching workforce in the new era.However,shaped by the distinctive conditions of rural educational contexts,its implementation faces challenges,including insufficient institutional guarantee,mis-alignment within the cultural ecology,and a lack of technical support.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology presents practical opportunities to support the collaborative development of rural teachers.To effectively harness this potential,it is essential to establish a multi-stakeholder,coordinated mechanism for intelligent educational support,build culturally embedded AI-empowered educational platforms,and adhere to an ethical principle of"technology for good"in AI practices.
