我国养教结合的内涵特征、实践模式与可持续发展策略
Connotative Characteristics,Practical Models,and Sustainable Development Strategies of the Integration of Elderly Care and Education in China
摘要
Abstract
To address the challenges of China's deepening aging population and optimize the provision of basic elderly care services,this study em-ploys a combined approach of policy text analysis and case studies to thoroughly examine the core concepts of China's integrated care and education model and its practical manifestations across different settings,including community-based home care,community-embedded care,and professional elderly care institutions.The findings reveal that the integrated care and education model exhibits core characteristics,such as comprehensiveness,humanistic orienta-tion,and interactivity.Current implementation faces structural challenges in resource integration,policy coordination,and service efficiency enhance-ment;its sustainable development requires systematically establishing a multi-stakeholder coordination mechanism across four dimensions:institutional safeguards,resource integration,social participation,and model innovation.The study demonstrates that the integration of elderly care and education re-presents a vital strategic path for actively addressing aging.Future efforts should strengthen the integration of smart technology and cultural enrichment to build a more resilient and inclusive new ecosystem for elderly services.关键词
