基于游客满意度的森林公园游憩服务质量评价
The impact of recreational services in forest parks on tourist satisfaction:a case study of Hangzhou

Abstract
As a vital component of urban natural spaces,forest parks play a significant role in enhancing the life quality of residents.Focusing on recreational services,this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 238 visitors across eight na-tional forest parks in Hangzhou to examine the impact of service quality on visitor satisfaction and to identify differences in preferences among visitors with varying visit frequencies.The results indicated that recreational service quality signifi-cantly influenced visitor satisfaction,with safety and landscape attributes having the most substantial impact.Specifical-ly,frequent visitors prioritized facilities and safety;occasional visitors prefered landscape features;while first-time visi-tors valued promotion,facilities,and landscapes.These findings provide a reference for forest park managers to imple-ment refined and goal-oriented service optimization strategies.关键词
