New Quality Productive Forces Empowering High-Quality Development of Vocational Education:Internal Logic,Practical Challenges,and Implementation Pathways

Abstract
New quality productive forces,driven by technological innovation and characterized by digitalization,intelligence,and green transforma-tion,are profoundly reshaping the industrial structure and talent demand landscape.Vocational education,as the primary platform for cultivating technical and skilled talents,has a natural coupling relationship with the development of new quality productive forces.It serves not only as a critical source of talent support for the development of new quality productive forces but also as a key carrier for its technological transfer and innovation diffusion.Guided by a systematic perspective that integrates education,science and technology,and talent,this study analyzes the internal logic between new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of vocational education.It examines the current practical dilemmas faced by vocational education in aligning with the development of new quality productive forces and proposes practical pathways covering dimensions such as curriculum system reform,industry-educa-tion integration,faculty development,and technological empowerment.The study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for vocational education to precisely meet industrial demands and empower the development of new quality productive forces.关键词
