摘要

Abstract

Building a skilled society requires a continuous supply of highly skilled talents,and vocational education is required to accelerate the re-form of the integrated"job-course-competition-certification"training mode.Based on life cycle theory,this study constructs an analytical framework of"educational reform,student development and social progress".From this perspective,the logic of cultivating highly skilled talents through job,course,competition,and certification lies in promoting the industry-education integration toward science-education integration driven by technological knowledge innovation;fostering well-rounded individuals through the dialectical unity of moral development,knowledge,and skills;and achieving mutual advance-ment between individuals and society through contributions to national development grounded in skills.In practice,however,some vocational colleges still face notable challenges,including low-level training objectives and insufficient understanding of integrated talent development,fragmented implementa-tion pathways and limited in-depth exploration,and unsatisfactory outcomes with the effectiveness of integration yet to be fully realized.To address these issues,it is necessary to reshape conceptual understanding and strengthen recognition of the value of the integrated"job-course-competition-certifica-tion"training;reform the educational process to enhance training quality;and empower institutional mechanisms to improve overall effectiveness.
