摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to predict the quality of tobacco seedlings without damage,this study took the tobacco seedlings raised by floating in the intelligent seedling raising scenario as the research object,constructed a simulation model for quality evaluation of strong tobacco seedlings based on the coupling of multiple environmental factors in greenhouses,and conducted internal and external verification.[Method]The air temperature,relative humidity,light intensity and CO2 concentration in the facility during the growth and development of tobacco seedlings were automatically collected in real time through sensors to construct a multi-environmental factor coupled growth simulation model for tobacco seedling cultivation.The plant height,SPAD value,fresh weight of the whole plant,shoot dry weight,underground dry weight and dry weight of the whole plant were measured from the large cross-shaped stage to the five-leaf stage of the tobacco seedlings to construct a real growth model of tobacco seedlings.[Result]The R2 of the simulation model for quality evaluation of strong seedlings coupled with multiple environmental factors in tobacco seedlings was 0.998 7,and the RMSE was 0.155 5.The R2 verified internally by the real growth model was 0.997 9,and the RMSE was 0.111 9.The R2 verified externally by the environmental data of tobacco seedlings in the facility based on different sowing periods was 0.995 2,and the RMSE was 0.263 1.[Conclusion]The simulation model for quality evaluation of strong tobacco seedlings coupled with multiple environmental factors has a good fitting effect and strong generalization ability,which can achieve non-destructive prediction of tobacco seedling quality,providing a scientific basis and technical support for future non-destructive prediction of tobacco seedling quality assessment based on seedling cultivation environment.
