外源赤霉素与多效唑调控库尔勒香梨果实品质的研究
Study on the effects of exogenous gibberellin and paclobutrazol on the fruit quality of Korla pear

Abstract
[Objective]In order to explore the effects of exogenous gibberellin(GA3)and paclobutrazol(PAC)on calyx tissue structure,nutritional quality,stone cell and lignin content of Korla pear,multi-dimensional quality comprehensive evaluation was conducted by combining correlation analysis,quantitative evaluation model and principal component analysis(PCA),so as to provide basis for flower and fruit quality regulation.[Method]Different concentrations of GA3 and PAC were sprayed at the full-bloom stage of Korla pear,and the calyx tissue structure was observed.The single fruit weight,fruit shape index,fruit hardness,soluble solids(TSS),sucrose,glucose,stone cells and lignin of Korla pear fruit were measured,and the correlation analysis was carried out.The expert weight method combined with principal component analysis was used to evaluate the fruit quality of Korla pear in different regulator treatment groups.[Result]Spraying 6.5 mg/L GA3 significantly promoted calyx lignification and sponge tissue thickening.5.5-6.5 mg/L GA3 decreased single fruit weight,fruit firmness,TSS,sucrose and sorbitol,and increased fruit shape index,tartaric acid and malic acid content.Spraying 150 mg/L PAC reduced the thickness of palisade tissue.125 mg/L PAC treatment increased single fruit weight and fruit hardness,and decreased fruit shape index.100 mg/L PAC treatment reduced the content of TSS,sucrose,glucose,fructose,sorbitol and tartaric acid.125-150 mg/L PAC treatment increased TSS content.Compared with the control group,GA3 treatment increased the content of stone cells and lignin,while 100-125 mg/L PAC treatment inhibited the synthesis of stone cells and lignin.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between stone cells and lignin in both groups(P<0.05).The single fruit weight of GA3 treatment group was significantly positively correlated with sucrose and sorbitol,transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter(P<0.05),and the single fruit weight and TSS were negatively correlated with stone cells and lignin.The fruit diameter of PAC treatment group was significantly positively correlated with fumaric acid,tartaric acid and sucrose(P<0.05),and malic acid was significantly negatively correlated with stone cells and lignin(P<0.05).According to the quantitative model results of the standardized value weighting method,the fruit quality of the GA3 treatment group was ranked as control group>4.5 mg/L GA3>6.5 mg/L GA3>5.5 mg/L GA3,and the fruit quality of the PAC treatment group was ranked as 125 mg/L PAC>control group>150 mg/L PAC>100 mg/L PAC.Principal component analysis extracted three principal components with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 100%,and verified that the scores of the GA3 group decreased with the increase of concentration.In the PAC group,the 150 mg/L PAC treatment group had the best score ranking,followed by the 125 mg/L PAC treatment group.[Conclusion]In summary,spraying 4.5-6.5 mg/L GA3 at the full-bloom stage of Korla pear will lead to deterioration of fruit quality,and it is not recommended to apply while the treatment of 125-150 mg/L PAC helps to improve the quality of Korla pear,which provids a basis for the regulation of flower and fruit of Korla pear.关键词
