Integrating the Spirit of Educators into Rural Teachers'Professional Development:Value Logic,Realistic Obstacles,and Practical Direction

Abstract
The professional development of rural teachers is an intrinsic requirement for improving the quality of rural education,and the spirit of ed-ucators provides both value guidance and practical direction for this process.From a value perspective,integrating the spirit of educators into rural teach-ers'professional development is an inherent requirement for advancing the goal of building a leading country in education,a core force in empowering ru-ral education revitalization,and a key driver of rural teachers'professional growth.From a normative perspective,the spirit of educators constitutes the es-sential meaning,core components,and aspirational goals of rural teachers'professional development,while such development represents the practical manifestation of this spirit;the two are thus inherently coupled.From a practical perspective,however,this integration faces several obstacles,including cognitive misunderstandings and limitations in rural teachers'understanding of the spirit,a lack of emotional resonance,delayed implementation in prac-tice,and inadequate external resources and policy support.To effectively embed the spirit of educators into rural teachers'professional development,it is necessary to enhance rural teachers'understanding of the spirit,stimulate their intrinsic motivation to embody it in practice,strengthen their resilience in upholding it,and provide adequate resources and policy support.关键词
