Generative AI Empowering Museum Education:Practices,Challenges and Prospects

Abstract
As generative artificial intelligence centered on large language models and multimodality rapidly iterates,the education system has been among the first to respond and is extending into the realm of public cultural education.As the"third classroom",museum education emphasizes contextual,embodied,and interactive learning,which aligns closely with GenAI's capabilities in multimodal generation,personalization and adaptivity,conversational interaction,and orchestration and scalability,thereby opening up new avenues for practice.Combining literature review with case analysis,this paper examines technical features,alignment mechanisms,and applications in China and abroad,and systematically discusses the status,challenges,and prospects of GenAI empowering museum education.关键词
