光学波前技术改善患者视觉质量研究进展
Research progress on the optical wavefront technology to improve the visual quality of patients
摘要
Abstract
Adaptive optics(AO)is used to continuously measure and correct eye aberrations.The refraction of the human eye is corrected by contact lenses and excimer laser surgery.In low-light vision conditions,when the pupil diameter of the human eye expands to 5-7 mm,higher-order aberrations will affect visual acuity.The combination of wavefront(WF)technology and AO systems allows preoperative evaluation of refractive surgery to compensate for the high order opti-cal aberrations of the human eye and guide the surgeon in selecting surgical parameters.This article provides a brief history of AO and a review of wavefront sensing technology(WST)and its principles,starting with a description of the Shaker-Hartmann method,which can measure wave aberrations in the eye in vivo.The limitations of eye wavefront due to intraocu-lar lens(IOL)polymer materials and design,as well as future prospects for improving patient vision quality and meeting clinical needs are described.关键词
