乡村教师情感劳动对工作满意度的影响:情绪耗竭的中介作用
The Impact of Rural Teachers'Emotional Labor on Job Satisfaction:The Mediating Role of Emotional Exhaustion

Abstract
To explore the relationship between rural teachers'emotional labor and job satisfaction,as well as the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion,a survey was conducted on 305 rural teachers from 15 rural schools in M municipality.The results showed that:rural teachers'emotional labor had a significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion and a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction;emotional labor nega-tively predicted emotional exhaustion and positively predicted job satisfaction;emotional exhaustion played a mediating role between emotional labor and job satisfaction.This provides a theoretical basis for optimizing emotional labor,alleviationg emotional exhaustion,enhancing rural teachers'job satisfaction,and stabilizing the rural education teaching staff.关键词
