玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗颞上及颞下视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效对比研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal ranibizumab in treating patients with with a focus on assessing best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and the number of injections,to provide insights for individualized treatment of BRVO.Methods This retrospective study included 64 patients with BRVO complicated by macular edema who received intravitreal ranibizumab treatment.All patients were administered in-travitreal ranibizumab at a dose of 0.5 mg/0.05 ml,with a treatment regimen of monthly injections for the first three months,followed by additional injections based on the patients'response.The study compared clinical outcomes,includ-ing BCVA,CMT,and the number of injections,between patients with superior BRVO(38 eyes)and inferior BRVO(26 eyes)during follow-up.Results There was no significant difference in the improvement of BCVA and CMT between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups showed significant improvement in BCVA and CMT during the follow-up period(P<0.01).However,patients with superior BRVO required significantly more injections than those with inferior BRVO[(5.76±2.04)vs.(4.00±1.41)](P<0.01).A higher proportion of patients with inferior BRVO(42.3%)did not require further injec-tions after the initial three doses,compared to patients with superior BRVO(25%).There were no significant differences in the retinal ischemia area or the proportion of patients who received retinal laser photocoagulation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intravitreal ranibizumab treatment is effective in improving visual acuity and macular edema in both superior and inferior BRVO patients.Patients with inferior BRVO have a quicker therapeutic response and require fewer injections,whereas those with superior BRVO need more frequent injections.关键词
