决明子蒽醌类化学成分及药理活性研究进展
Research Progress on Anthraquinone Chemical Components and Pharmacological Activities of Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen)

Abstract
Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen)is a traditional Chinese medicinal material,classified as a top-grade medicinal material in the Shennong's Herbal Classic.It is the dried mature seed of Cassia obtusifolia L.or Cassia tora L.of the Leguminosae family,and its application in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products is becoming increasingly widespread.Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen)primarily contain various chemical components such as anthraquinones,naphthopyranones,polysaccharides,fatty acids,volatile oils,and inorganic elements.Anthraquinone compounds are the main active substances in Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen),possessing diverse pharmacological activities including hepatoprotective,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,anti-diabetic,and anti-inflammatory effects.Naphthopyranones are also its functional components,closely related to the pharmacological activities of Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen),but in-depth research on compounds such as cassiaside or their hydrolyzed naphthopyranone products is relatively limited.Literature studies have found that in Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen)decoctions,anthraquinone glycosides and naphthopyranone glycosides are mostly hydrolyzed into free compounds.The biological activity of Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen)is closely related to these free compounds.Anthraquinone glycosides are hydrolyzed into free compounds mainly including obtusifolin,rhein,obtusin,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion,etc.This article systematically summarizes research findings on the anthraquinones,naphthopyranones,polysaccharide components,their pharmacological activities,and toxicity of Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen).It also provides an outlook on future research directions,aiming to offer a theoretical basis for its clinical and food safety applications.关键词
