体位对AACG临床前期眼脉络膜厚度、眼压及其他参数的影响
Effects of postural changes on choroidal thickness,intraocular pressure and other ocular parameters in pre-clinical phase eyes of AACG

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of postural changes on choroidal thickness(CT)and intraocular pres-sure(IOP)and other eye parameters in the preclinical phase in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG)and normal human eyes,and to explore the pathogenesis of AACG.Methods A prospective case-control study.37 cases(37 eyes)of AACG at the preclinical phase(primary angle closure suspects,the PACS group)of outpatient and inpatient pa-tients and 17 cases(34 eyes)of healthy controls(normal control,the NC group)who had routine ophthalmic examination in our hospital at the same time were selected.The enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography(EDI-OCT),Pentacamrotating scheimpflug camera and other technologies were used to measure CT,IOP and other eye parameters un-der the three body postures of sitting position,1 h horizontal prone position and 1 h 30° RT.Results After the changes of sitting position,prone position and 30°RT in the PAC group and NC group,the changes of IOP,ACV,SFCT,S,I,N,T were statistically significant.After postural changes,the changes of the four parameters of central anterior chamber depth(CACD),central corneal thickness(CCT),axial length(AL),and vitreous chamber depth(VCD)had no statistical sig-nificance between two groups.Those people whose IOP had a rise of>8mmHg after changes of their body postures were re-garded as positive.The positive rate of people in the prone position was shown as follows:that of the NC group was 0 and that of the PAC group was 16.216%.The positive rate of people at the body posture of 30°RT was shown as follows:that of the NC group was 8.824%and that of the PAC group was 32.432%.Conclusions for the eyes of the preclinical phase,in patients with AACG and normal human,IOP increases,ACV are decreases and CT increases after prone position and 30° RT.That change in scope at 30°RT posture is larger than that at horizontal prone position.Preclinical phase eyes of patients with AACG are more susceptible to changes in body position.The change of CT may be related to the pathogenesis of AACG.关键词
