基于VEGF信号通路的中医药治疗肛周脓肿研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess on the Basis of VEGF Signalling Pathway

Abstract
Perianal abscess is a common anorectal disease,which is an abscess formed by acute infection of the perianal space of the rectum and anal canal,known as"anal carbuncle"in Chinese medicine.At present,the overall therapeutic effect of the disease at home and abroad is still unsatisfactory,and the pain and other symptoms brought by the disease to the patients seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.Its pathogenesis is complex,involving multiple processes such as inflammatory response,angiogenesis and tissue repair.Among them,the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-related signalling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of inflammation,angiogenesis and tissue repair,and the high or low level of VEGF has a bearing on the degree of healing of the wound of perianal abscess disease.The multi-target,multi-pathway and high safety features of Chinese medicine provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of perianal abscess,and in recent years,it has become a research hotspot for the clinical treatment of perianal abscess.Traditional Chinese medicines and single active ingredients specifically regulate the VEGF signalling,so that the expression of related molecules tends to the disease improvement state,thus curing perianal abscess,with significant advantages.The authors validate the basis of TCM treatment of perianal abscess through VEGF signalling pathway by elaborating the role of VEGF signalling pathway in the development of perianal abscess and exploring the potential mechanism of TCM treatment of perianal abscess through modulation of VEGF signalling pathway,with a view to providing theoretical basis for future in-depth research and clinical application.Therefore,a variety of Chinese medicines and their active ingredients can play a therapeutic role by regulating VEGF expression,further regulating the release of inflammatory factors and tissue repair.关键词
